Tuesday was 1 hr thai boxing sparring with take downs. We actually had 17 guys in the gym today. Followed by 8 minute rd of pads for 1 min, rolling 1 min, bag work for 1 min and repeat for the 8 minute round. Then 1 hr rolling.
