This morning started at 7:30 with a hr long mountain run which was a 20 minute trail run, Up hill sprint and 3 sets of bleachers are Red Rocks. 9am was 1 of Thai boxing drills and sparring, then 30 min of rolling.
12noon was an hr of lifting then I had a private to teach at 2:30 and I was done for the day. Came home and hit the bed for a little while and was 177lbs.
