12Noon Tyler and I met at the workout studio in Boulder and did a circuit of 1 min treadmill sprint at 2.5 incline at 7, to 10 medicine ball push up throws, 15 pull ups, 15, medicine ball squats then we throw the ball against the wall then catch it and squat again, 15 knee ups while hanging on the pull up bar, to 15 squat clings, 15 box jump squats to 15 dips. 1 minute rest then again for 4 times total. The only thing changing was out treadmill speeds that went was 7, 7.5, 8 then last one was 9 all at 2.5 incline for 1 minute. Quick protein shake then we were Off to 8 island hawaian BBQ restaurant for the Chicken with brown rice and mixed greens salad. I love that place. 2:30pm was 5 rds of Thai boxing sparring that I sit out for because I was feeling a lil burnt out. After that, we did live GOs from the quard and switched after each rd. Goal was for bottom guy to finish the top guy or get up. Top guy was to pass guard. Now Im off to Vail for a seminar that Im teaching tomorrow. Thank you
