9am is 2 rds of MMA sparing, live go drills from mount, cross body, guilitine, rear naked, then take downs. 3 rds of straight punching on the heavy bag, jabs, crosses then 1-2s, 10 min laps around the gym, then 1 rd of all elbows on the pads. 7pm, light Jiu Jitsu then Im taking some of the guys thru some Thai Boxing drills.
