930am 2 hr wrestling drills with Mr. Vanarsdale. 30 minutes of cardio circuits which was 10 squats 10 jump squats with a 45 lb bar, 25 pull ups, hold with reverse grip for 30 secs with forearms at a 90 degree angle, 30 sec treadmill sprint, 30 sec airodyne bike sprint, 1 minute of straight punches then 30 rope skips with a weighted rope. 3 sets. 6pm was 30 min Thai box tech, then 30 min spar. 30 more tech of my own.
